What is an OEM High Pressure Pump?

An OEM high pressure pump is one that is produced by a manufacturer with the view to be it being used as a component within a system by the customer for sale to an end user. For a special competitive advantage, here launched three types of pumps, namely HPA, HPC, and HPV, all of which are the same pump, the difference lies in the factory settings:
 
  • HPA & HPC are fixed displacement, for which the displacement is set at the factory.
  • HPV is variable, one can set it himself after the pump leaves the factory.
  • HPA: High-pressure Pump Anti-Clockwise
  • HPC: High-pressure Pump Clockwise
  • HPV: High-pressure Pump Variable
 
AWS-HYDRO high-pressure piston water pumps, only stainless steel used, are tailored to tap/fresh water use in the likes of firefighting, dust suppression & water hydraulics. 

How Does Stainless Steel High Pressure Pump Work?

HPA/HPC operating ambient temperature: -30 ~ +60℃

If the ambient temperature exceeds the above max. value or the motor is installed at an altitude of more than 1000 meters, the output power of the motor will be reduced, mainly due to low air density and poor heat dissipation of the motor. In these cases, a larger motor is required to meet Higher rated output power.
 
 

HPA/HPC fluid temperature: 0 ~ +50℃

The excessive fluid temperature will cause permanent damage to the pump. If it needs to work at other temperatures for a long time, please contact us.
 
 

HPA/HPC outlet check valve & pressure relief valve:

The check valve prevents pump reverse rotation, which may cause permanent damage to the pump, The pressure relief valve can ensure the effective and safe operation of the system within the rated pressure range and prevent the system from overpressure damage.

    The principle of the piston pump is that when the speed is high, the pressure is low. for example, if the max pressure is 160bar, then when running at this point, the speed range is 700-1800rpm; while if the pressure is under or equal to 80bar, then at this point, the speed range is 700-3450rpm.

    The piston pumps are marked in the rotation direction. But motors can run forward or reverse. So, before starting, or when energizing and wiring, it is a must to pay attention to the driving direction of the motor; The driving direction of the motor should be consistent with that of the piston pump.
