With the concept of customer first, and the attitude of solving problems for customers in the first time, here is the warranty explanation we did:
The warranty covers only pumps properly installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturing’s instructions. Any pump AWS-HYDRO supplied which the purchaser considers to be defective must be returned to the source where it was purchased. If the pump is found by us to be defective in workmanship or materials under normal use within the warranty period, we, at its sole option, will either replace or repair the pump. This warranty does not cover any costs associated with the installation, removal, or transportation cost of the pump. If the pump was damaged in transit, the purchaser should file a claim with the carrier.
Before using the pump, the purchaser or installer should determine the suitability of the pump for its intended use. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection with such use or installation. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, in no event will AWS-HYDRO be liable for claims or damages, whether in contract, in tort (including negligence and strict liability) or otherwise.
You can see the warranty as different series of high pressure water pump as the following:
Series HPCW Warranty:
This series of pumps have long service life and low maintenance costs. For pumps that run under specified conditions, our company will provide an 8000-hour maintenance-free warranty, but the maximum period shall not exceed 18 months from the date of production. The shaft seal of the pump is made of SUS316. It is recommended to replace it after 4000 hours of operation. During the warranty period, the company provides a free replacement service (the pump needs to be returned to the factory). Our company strongly recommends to inspect the pump after 8000 hours and replace any worn parts such as piston and shaft seal. This is to avoid complete damage to the pump. If it is not replaced, it is recommended to increase the frequency of inspection.
Series HPCS Warranty:
The meticulous design makes the HPCS series high-pressure pumps have a long running time, low maintenance requirements, and reduce life cycle costs. If the HPCS series high-pressure pump runs under the specified pre-filtration, pressure and speed conditions, the company provides an 8000-hour maintenance-free warranty, but the maximum period from the date of production does not exceed 18 months. In order to prevent the pump from being completely damaged, it is recommended that you inspect the pump at most 8000 hours, at which time any worn parts must be replaced. Although the HPCS series high pressure pump is made of duplex/super duplex stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, it is always recommended to flush the pump with fresh water when the system is shut down.
