A guarantee is a formal assurance that certain conditions will be fulfilled and a product will be of a specified quality. A warranty is a form of guarantee promising to repair or replace an article, if necessary, within a specified period.
Guarantees help customers to feel confident that their products will continue to work and should they fail within a specified time, they can be confident that someone will be there to help. We value every customer that requires our services.
Our Promise
AWS-HYDRO has a passion for providing the best products for the unique requirements of every business. The operating performance of the pump which the supplier guarantees to be achieved under specified conditions. The guarantee point may be defined as:
total head at a specified rate of flow
rate of flow at a specified total head
pump power input
pump efficiency
Customer should contact AWS HYDRO if not satisfied with a product for any reason. we offer the end-user customer a 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the customer feels our high pressure pump does not perform as advertised based on proper application and proper use, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price deducted shipping charges. To exercise this option the customer must work with their dealer to get arrangements made to have the high pressure pump inspected and paperwork started. This guarantee does not apply to high pressure pump used in the wrong application or subject to abuse. This also does not apply to products a dealer could not sell, ordered by mistake, or just does not want in their inventory anymore.
