What Kind Of High Pressure Misting Pump Can We Offer?

The high-pressure misting and humidification pumps can be used in different high-pressure applications from commercial and industrial continuous duty. Proper pump selection is the most important consideration in designing outdoor cooling or humidification systems. Our range of high pressure misting pumps are one of the electric motor direct-drive pumps, which are called the bell housing direct-drive pumps; The bell housing mount utilizes a flex coupler between the pump and motor shafts, and the bell housing mounts the pump to the motor. The pumps have a speed range of  1250rpm to 1800rpm. No need for belt drives or gearboxes.

Up to 90% Efficiency

The high pressure misting pumps are based on the axial piston principle which is both light and compact relative to their volumetric displacement, available from 3.6cc/rev to 212cc/rev. Besides, the range of pumps are totally oil free, clean and completely safe to use, and can operate effectively with water as their only coolant/lubricant, so that this removes the potential for cross contamination of the system fluid or lubricating oil. Minimum flow resistance through the pump is achieved with a valve plate design instead of check valves. This combined with low friction sliding pairs and hydrodynamic main bearings results in a highly efficient pump.
